Services
Come and talk to our career counselors and find out how you can be a part of the exciting world of cosmetology. Furnish the school a money order, cash, or check in the amount of $25 for the state student permit fee and state rule book. You must furnish a copy of your high school diploma, G.E.D., or high school transcript indicating graduation from high school.
Pivot Point provides the educational structure to develop true hair designers through A Designer's Approach. Beginning with your first day, you will be able to experience what you are learning by first working on manikins, then later on clients in the Exposito student salon. These real-life experiences will put you in the top tier of entry-level professionals upon graduation.
The cosmetology operator course is the course to take to put you on the right track to work in the field of cosmetology. From day one, your Pivot Point training will prepare you for a lifetime career in cosmetology.
Upon completion of the Cosmetology Operator Course, you will be able to perform all the manipulative skills of shampooing, cold waving, hair coloring, manicuring, facials, hair-styling, hair-cutting and all other related skills with at least a 70% accuracy on an exam given by the school before graduation.

If you enjoy helping others to achieve their dreams, than you might be invaluable as a cosmetology school instructor. Upon completion of the Instructor Course, you will be prepared to take an exam given by the state licensing commission over all the skills of teaching cosmetology and related theory with at least a 70% accuracy.

I just wanted to say this place is awesome! We had an appointment with a really expensive salon. And they treated us very bad and said our stylist would probably not show up. So I took my daughter to exposito’s. They were very welcoming even though we just walked in. Our Stylist was Diego he was awesome! Had the best experience ever and didn’t have to pay a whole lot. Even though his service deserved so much more. My daughter loves her hair and four hours later my daughter couldn’t be more happy. Thank you to the teachers and applause goes to Diego your the best!!!!

The instructors at this institute are rude and unprofessional. Think twice before getting a hair cut, attending this "school" or sending your child to learn hair practices from such arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional individuals. The instructors allow students to chop off your hair, and if the client complains, they allow the student to insult the client. These instructors teach no etiquette nor professionalism to students. You would think these socially uneducated instructors would know that without teaching students to respect customers, students will fail to succeed. Instead, they humiliate
