Mountain Tots Preschool in Eagle is looking for a caring and energetic Early Childhood teacher/Assistant Director to join our teaching staff. Job duties include implementing school curriculum, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and communicating positively with students, parents, and staff.
Additional job duties of Assistant Director are creating a monthly newsletter, planning monthly curriculum, and filling the director's role when director is out. You must be Early Childhood Teacher qualified, reliable, punctual, compassionate, professional, and be able to pass a background check. To get on the Mountain Tots Preschool waitlist, interested families need to fill out a wait-list application. We maintain one central wait list for our school. As the list can sometimes be long, it is important to apply as early as possible.
The average wait time for enrollment varies depending on a number of factors including the following; availability based on age, days needed vs. days available, children of our teachers, alumni, and siblings of children currently enrolled in our center are given priority.The date of application is the final criteria for priority within each of these groups.

Mountain Tots Preschool implements three main curricula: Dinosaur School, Handwriting without Tears and Zoo-phonics. We feel these are valuable curricula. Our son began attending Mountain Tots when he was 3 years old. As parents, we are impressed with how much our son grown over the past two years, both academically and socially. His wonderful and caring teachers have helped to positively shape him and prepare him for kindergarten in so many ways. Mountain Tots will forever have a special place in our hearts.
