I can't begin to express the disappointment I have had with this daycare and the owner. My child repeatedly was bitten, scratched to the point of scarring on his face and inconsistent behavior reports by the owner herself. One day it would be he was great and the next he's hugging the other children too much therefore was put into timeout. I would come in numerous mornings to a chaotic classroom where there was no teacher in the room while myself and another parent would wait for a teacher to come back in or get off the phone or computer to attend to the kids.
