I am originally from sunny St. Petersburg, Florida- However, my heart belongs in the mountains! I enjoy hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee-shops, and soaking up the nature of the Pacific Northwest. I love living where I can escape to the mountains at any time. Nothing makes me happier than some fresh sushi or delicious tacos after a long day's hike.
As a photographer, my primary goal is to capture your essence as a family, couple, or individual. I'm all about those genuine moments where you can't stop laughing because your husband did his best version of a British accent. I'm about those moments where something beautiful happens when you're just being you.
To help you prepare for your photo session with me, I've compiled a list of frequently asked questions! Of course, if you have any questions at all, I'd be happy to answer them via email or phone as well. For maternity sessions, I recommend scheduling them in your final trimester between 28-35 weeks.

Hilary was great to work with for our maternity photos. She had great location suggestions nearby and despite a shift in weather, she had a great attitude and the pictures turned out perfectly. She really took her time with us to get a good amount of photos. Highly recommend!

I found Hilary on thumbtack and so grateful I did! She recommended the location for the photos and they turned out beautiful! She and her husband are so down to earth, easy to connect with and had us laughing the whole time. We have 3 kids and they easily engaged with them! I cannot express enough how unbelievably happy we are with Hilary’s photography skills. We had an engagement shoot with Hilary in Seattle on a weekend where it snowed 9 inches! She was extremely accommodating and the snowy session was SO MUCH FUN. She is very professional, very skilled, and very easy to work with. We were a little shy in front of the camera at first, but she even solved that issue! I would highly recommend these photography services. The photos are beautiful.

Hilary and Brighton were absolutely amazing!! They were such troopers working with us in the cold and snow! Even in the middle of a big move she made sure we got our session done. Loved having Hilary for our E-shoot! She was absolutely wonderful. She understood my vision for urban chic shoot and truly captured it. She also didn’t mind when i brought my own props but instead gladly… incorporated it in the shoot. Pictures are simply gorgeous and Niel and myself loved our pictures!! I have recommended her to many of my friends and would continue to do it!

I really loved working with Hilary and her husband. They were calm and natural, and I felt like they were very patient with us and our wiggly and grumpy toddler, and we turned out some lovely shots. Hilary was able to accommodate a last minute booking for our family picture. She picked a beautiful mountain setting. She was was able to work well with multiple people and was able to capture some fun candid shots. She is easy to work with and is willing to take as many shots as we wanted. We are very happy with the finished product.

We were taking couple photos and both of us were nervous about it. I am awkward in front of a camera and get very stiff. Hilary was amazing! She made it so much fun and truly captured our personalities along with getting some great shots. Everyone commented how unbelievably happy we looked. Our pictures felt more like you were capturing a memory instead of just capturing a beautiful shot of us.

Hillary is the best! Not only do we love how the photos turned out we had a great time with her on the shoot. Her fun easy going personality made us instantly feel comfortable and made it easy to get lost in the moment. She also did a wonderful job capturing our individual personalities which made the photos incredibly authentic.

I did a sunset mountain view photo shoot with Hilary and her helpful husband Brighton around sunset. It was amazing! The lighting was perfect, and she captured it even more perfectly. I wanted something that… looked natural and easy, and that is exactly what I got. I wasn't sure where to do the shoot in the first place, but luckily she knows the best scenic areas/trails/views and I didn't have to worry about it at all! She gave me several great ideas for the location to choose from so I also felt like I was giving my own input. I'm no model, but Hilary was very helpful with posing ideas
