As a certified NACHI home inspector and Florida certified building contractor (CBC058363) having 30 plus years in the construction/housing industry, I have extensive hands on expertise to spot issues with components, materials and workmanship that others might overlook.

I will inspect the mechanical systems and components of the home inside and out from the foundation to the roof. I encourage you to attend the Inspection so I can discuss my process and findings and answer any and all questions you may have. The services we offer are not only efficient, but also very prompt.
Proof of roof replacement, or a Roof Condition Certification Inspection (different than Roof Inspections) will be required for homes that are 25 years old and older if it has a shingle roof. If there is no written proof, such as a signed off building permit, homeowners will be required to have a Roof Condition Certification Inspection or renewal may be denied.

Anthony checked EVERYTHING in the condo I was buying - he found stuff that the owner's inspector missed just last August! Not only thorough, but friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I wish I was a local realtor so I could become a "regular" for his business.
