It's 4 stars because unfortunately they took over from the previous property managers (who never went up on rent, literally NEVER). So I'm guessing they were brought in to raise the rent gradually. Besides that they're cool. They took over our apartments right before COVID-19 hit so unfortunately they didn't know any of the tenants or have a good rapour with us just yet so it was kind of insensitive to receive emails saying pay your rent or get kicked out (essentially). But they handle all of our maintenence requests so what more can you ask of them!

Completely unprofessional. No one answers the phone ever. The leasing office manager was sitting in the office ignoring my calls, however she did not know I was outside. When I knocked she answered the door scared like she had been caught. The corporate office never answers the phone either. I put in a complaint on their portal website, and someone erased the complaint. I'm assuming it was the leasing office manager. My carpet needs to be cleaned or changed because I am getting an allergic reaction to it, and they do not care. They continue to deny my requests.

Extremely unprofessional company all together. They are not there for good quality tenants what so ever. This company allows staff and homeowners to discriminate against tenants with documented disabilities as well as support animals whom have the proper paperwork. Once they get your money they immediately stop responding, if there are any issues in the house that require immediate attention they’ll ignore requests for service, phone calls, texts and tenant portal requests. They will improperly serve paperwork, make empty threats and demand you move out for invalid reasons without giving an opportunity

The office staff is unprofessional. You have to set up an office appointment to talk to anyone. They don't answer the phone impossible to talk to someone in person. When I renewed my lease they had to rewrite my lease 5 times because they kept messing up. I added a person on my lease. They had me complete an application with the wrong address and I didn't trust it. Now I am charged a 5% late fee when I paid the 195.00 fee plus my rent now have to pay another 100.00 for paying this fee with my rent. Connie is not a people's person you feel like a bill collector. The worst company to deal with. Karen does absolutely nothing to advocate for the tenants. The 24 hour emergency maintenance number never gets answered. When you put in a service request it can take up to 6 months for something to be repaired. And yes, I understand that a property management company is there to be an intermediary, but 6 months? That is beyond ridiculous. They also don't work with your work schedule, like hey, you want me to continue paying? Don't put me at risk of losing my job and thereby not be able to pay my rent. Just don't.

My family has rented a condo through Jackson PM for almost two years now. What I have noticed is that they care much about both tenant and owner, if there has been an issue they have worked very hard to find a happy medium protecting both parties interests. This is great and that is why I HIGHLY recommend to others.

I have been a renter through Jackson property management for the past 18 months. They make the whole renting and move in process very streamlined and hassle free. The employees are very knowledgeable and they always reply to me quickly and with all the information that i need. We have a house in Fontana, California. The renters never paid rent on time and began to give us random payments schedules. When Jackson Property Management took over, the repairs were made, the rent was collected and we didn't have to worry about our house. I recommend Jackson Property Management to others property owners.
