Venture Prop. Management Inc. has been the best investment I have made for my current property of 18 units. Kam is responsive to my tenants and to me offering quality service but cognitive of costs. He has navigated the new rules through the Covid pandemic and we have done well....treating our tenants with respect so our tenants want to stay and pay their rents. Thanks Kam for all you do!
