You'll net a referral fee for every client who signs up for property management services: 25% of the first month's rent for full service and 10% for tenant placement. Don't provide advice on complicated subjects like local housing ordinances, California landlord-tenant law, and insurance requirements.
If you lose power to your property, check with your neighbors to see if they're also affected.
