Our FitFam is second to none, and we'd love to welcome you to it! As a family-built and family-run small business, we're proud that our members also feel like family. Fitness and training is more than just exercise. It's about community, fun, and making new friends with people who hate bear crawls just as much as you do (but do them anyway!).

Stand Strong offers FUN Group Fitness Classes, Barbell-based Lifting, and Power Yoga for all ages and fitness levels. We expertly combine strength training and conditioning for the most efficient and effective way to lose weight, tone muscles, and achieve your desired fitness results. We offer nutrition guidance and personal training options to best fit your personal needs.
Services
We are HUGE fans of Brian Dawkins. After Matt's accident, the Eagles gifted Lindsay a signed BDawk jersey, on which he wrote "God Bless & Stand Strong." We liked his choice of words. We were so blessed to have Dawkins stop in for a workout at Stand Strong soon after we first opened. Stand Strong Training Center is the fortunate result of a very unfortunate accident.
Our Stand Strong members get access to our three group fitness class options: FIT, LIFT, and YOGA. Our trainers develop state-of-the-art fitness programs and walk you through every step, so you know you're getting an effective workout every single time. Members also get a variety of other amazing benefits such as nutrition guidance and support, goal setting assistance, and access to our one-of-a-kind in-house fitness and wellness challenges!
At Stand Strong Training Center, our goal is to help our athletes achieve excellence through a systematic training approach that enhances both mental and physical performance. Our training staff is committed to helping middle school and high school athletes develop solid fundamentals, core strength and stability, and consistent habits to help them pursue their athletic potential.
Through our experience with Matt's accident, we know first-hand what it's like to experience a catastrophic injury, go through in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation, and then be left with the questions of "What now?" and "What's next?" with seemingly no answers and no resources.

Despite many excellent rehabilitation programs in our area, no existing facilities bridge the critical gap between basic functional rehab and continued health and wellness for people like us.Our journey took us halfway across the country, where Matt was able to regain strength, function, and confidence, all through athletic-based physical training.
At Stand Strong Training Center, we believe that what and how you think determines your success, in athletics, wellness, and in life. With our in-house ICF-certified coach, we offer a variety of life, success, and wellness coaching services to help our clients take effective action to enhance their lives and work towards their full potential.

Best guys ever!!! Helping so much with everything that you can possible need. Never had ‘not interesting’ class!! Everything is always very clean and in a perfect condition. Such a pleasure to come there all the time!

Family atmosphere, genuine staff who care about you. Damn good people and a hell of a gym. Highly recommended if your looking for personal training. They know what they are doing and help out in the community as well.
