CrossFit Explode has been a CrossFit Affiliate since 2009. The coaching staff and community at Explode is responsible for cultivating success stories ranging from CrossFit Games athletes to stay at home moms to older individuals improving quality of life. Services
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar, and keep food intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow, five to six days per week.

These are high energy, high intensity, fun group sessions that apply a variety of weights and movements in each class. This class is "beginner friendly". Similar to many Boot Camp type classes, "Move60" uses mostly body weight and lower weight exercises. You work hard all week and your body is in constant distress.

Been coming to this gym 6x/week for the last 3 years. I've been to several Crossfit "boxes" but this one by far has the best physical gym space, camaraderie, and coaches! The head coach Brian really does go above and beyond to make new people feel welcome. Doing crossfit for the first time definitely can be intimidating--I sure felt that way when I first started, and creating a friendly environment can make all the difference.
Aside from the atmosphere, the programming is really good. There's a great mix of cardio, strength, HIIT, and everything in between. I'm so much
