Came recommended by my boss. Needed to transition away from PT. Was bit nervous but that was short lived 😃
From second met Mike, for my sessions I was at ease impressed and having medical background myself last 15 years could tell he knew his anatomy lol!!
He is the real deal!! Knows his stuff, practices what he preaches and sees you as “Individual” not some “cookie cutter” program.
Made a program for my body type and prior injury history. That alone was unique and impressive. I saw he takes safety first and foremost.

Joined a week ago and have been absolutely loving it! Mike is super friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell from watching his training sessions that he has respect for all clients, and works with each one to achieve their goals. The equipment is top notch for both weights and cardio. I love the 24/7 aspect, as I enjoy working out in the early morning. There is never more than a few others working out the same time as me, but everyone is respectful and friendly. I would recommend this gym to anyone and look forward to working out each day!

I was in the area for a little over a month and was looking for a gym that would let me do a one month membership. I called a few chains first and they gave me the run around about it. I found Q Fitness and The owner Mike is a super nice, down to earth guy and was more than happy to accommodate and I was extremely excited to hear that it’s also a 24/7 gym since my hours can be pretty crazy sometimes requiring me to go very early in the morning occasionally.

Q fitness is a great gym to work out at. Mike is very knowledgeable and can assist with personal workouts or any questions that you have while working out on your own. They have great equipment without the crowding of some of the other big box fitness facilities. I have been a member at Q fitness for at least the last 15 years.

I was in a car accident 3 years ago and have been in physical therapy on and off for 3 years. I was in need of someone who knew both personal training and had experience with clients with physical therapy needs. Mike Quarto was exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. Q Fitness is an absolutely great no nonsense GYM. Its perfectly sized and has just about every PROFESSIONAL piece of equipment you need to gets results and that are always available and rarely if ever broken due to people not caring like at the big box gyms. Also I personally want to thank both Mike and Marianne as with out them I would have plateau in working out and eating right on my own and never would have seen the results I have now!

I started training at Q Fitness in March. That got the ball rolling for me. Since then I have been going regularly, I have been getting better nutrition and walking at lunch. With the advice of my doctor and my training with Mike I've been able to drop 4 prescription medications and my overall health has vastly improved. The weight loss has simply been a pleasant side effect for me. Mike has made me LOVE working out! He makes it so much fun. I feel stronger, I have more energy and I sleep great! I cannot recommend this place enough. It has changed my life.

I have been a member at Q Fitness for a year. I train with Elizabeth. Elizabeth has been instrumental in helping me to lose weight and inches and adopting a healthier lifestyle. Elizabeth has given me ideas of foods to eat, recipes and tons of encouragement! I train with Elizabeth twice a week. The remainder of the week I go to Q Fitness for cardio work. The gym is very clean, bright with lots of windows and the equipment is awesome. Most cardio equipment has TVs and DVRs. There is a lot to choose from at Q Fitness so your workout doesn't get boring. Check it out!

Q Fitness is an unbelievable gym. It has everything you could want, exclusivity, a low number of people working out at once, great trainers, and 24 hour access. I started working out at Q Fitness in September of 2010, benching around 55 pounds and am now able to bench 225 pounds. That is almost completely due to Mike Quarto's training sessions and ability to motivate his clients. Mike is not only a personal trainer, but a physical therapist, and someone who has been working out since he was 8. He knows his stuff. He understands not only how to build muscle, but why and how the body works
