I was taking my family on vacation, and was 2.5 hours from our destination, when, along the interstate, a wheel bearing went bad on our SeaDoo trailer.
I called asking for help late in the day and Bruce sent a man to us, repaired the bearing, and got us on our way.
Great service, fair price, GOOD PEOPLE.

Bruce was amazing! While traveling from Atlanta to Minneapolis, we started losing pressure in one of our tires. We were able to make it to Dix, IL where we realized that our full-size spare did not fit on my car (the wheel was not the right wheel, what a mess). At the gas station they provided us with The Shop's business card and when we called, Bruce picked up right away. We needed to get the tire dismounted from the spare wheel and mounted to the rim with the flat. He arrived within about 15 minutes of us calling him, took both tires back to his shop, and shortly after returned with the tires

I was traveling with my 2 little girls from Arkansas to Chicago. I caught a flat and there wasn’t anyone near who had my size. Just so happened to find Bruce and his shop. He came to me in mnt Vernon, got my wheel/tire, took it to a tire shop for the new one, brought it right back and put it on for me. With roadside I would have paid way more and heck roadside didn’t even have my size . I even waited an hour for them just to tell me they didn’t. This man came straight to me and helped me out! Without him I really would have been stranded for who knows how long. Truly a blessing. Being a woman

Our battery died on highway 64 half way through our 14 hour car ride back home. Bruce came out on a Sunday and towed us back to his shop in walnut hill. Meanwhile his wife went to the store after calling around to find the alternator specific to our car. They were efficient, diligent, and priced almost too fairly. Definitely call Bruce at The Shop if you need a tow. (Also have an adorable puppy named buddy you can play with while you wait)

Our car had a flat tire, no place open to help us on a Saturday night and he was willing to come work on our car. He was very friendly and not only took our car back to the shop to be worked on but he also helped us get to a nearby hotel. The next morning he started to work on the car and even found a tire that would suit our need so we didn't have to ride on a replacement. He was done before noon on a Sunday morning! He did a great job and his prices were minimal for as much as he did for us. And he treated us like someone he has known his whole life and we couldn't be more appreciative
