My car, with the change in temperature my tires were a little low and needed air. My check air pressure light came on. Salem Tire knew it was due to the change in temperature and decrease in tire pressure.was nothing to worry about, because knew tires were bought 6 months ago. They said if light comes on again, bring it back, no charge this time.

Nice fellas, but they bent 2 of my small 4 wheeler rims trying to change the tire. Even tho none of them leak, 1 rim was bent 3 times on one side and 2 times on the other side and the other tire just had 1 small bend in it. None of those bends were on there before. So im a little upset about that. Charged me 40$ to swap to tires and air one up. Smh won't be going back.

Had some work done there. They not only did not fix the problem. But then when it was not fixed tried to double bill. And then said it was something else and wanted 21 hours labor to fix something else. Next week my boss had his brakes checked and they forgot to tighten lugs. Broke down in mount Vernon. Thanks Salem tire for nothing. Learned my lesson will not be stopping here again.
