Ferguson's Auto Repair is a locally owned automotive repair shop which has been servicing cars and light trucks in Salem for thirty five years. With our motto, 'Where Friends Send Friends, ' we strive to provide a service that our customers would be proud to recommend to their friends and family. Our staff total over 100 years of experience in auto repair and service.

They are personally involved from when you enter the office until your repair work is done and are available to answer questions. Mark works the accounting and management part of day to day operations and does diagnostic work. After moving from Chicago, Mark met and married Gayla (then a Monical).

Horrible horrible my truck is in even worse condition now than when I took it in .. I now have issues I never had thanks to them I payed for them to mess my truck up more basically

Took my 2007 Jeep Compass to Ferguson's Auto Repair because it was very sluggish. They diagnosed the problem as a very expensive maniverter and was going to charge $130 for the estimate whether I had it fixed or not. I had them fix it, and the bill was over $1,300. It was higher than the estimate because they said it had a second catalytic converter that needed to be replaced.
The same day I got the vehicle back I noticed the windshield wipers were not working, so I popped the hood. My battery cover that attaches to the air intake system was missing! I called immediately, and the mechanic

Great place--- friendly people!! Had problems with my check engine light. Mark diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in quick and professional manner. I would recommend this auto repair shop.
