Keith is an absolutely incredible home inspector. I have used Keith on countless real estate transactions and the one I didn't I regretted it immediately. Not only is Keith extremely diligent within his inspections, he is extremely responsive to real estate agents & client's requests, will take as long as needed to go through the inspection report line by line, and he does an amazing job with recommendations how to address issues or repairs that may be needed on the report. He speaks in detail, talks slow, and after speaking with him you feel a sense of calmness. He is accurate, easy to communicate

I hired Keith with OCD Home Inspections and I am glad I did. I meet him while performing an inspection on my current home that I have on sale and I really like his professionalism. He pays attention to detail and takes his time to verify everything in his inspection sheet checks out either passing or failing. I was impressed with his report which includes detail videos of any issues found during inspection. So, I had him perform the inspection of the new construction home I am moving into. Think new construction is perfect? Think again, Keith found humidity under the cabinet that is under the kitchen

Keith conducted a home inspection at the house we are in the process of purchasing. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and most importantly, very thorough. He checked the exterior, roof, and interior. Made sure every appliance was functioning properly and even checked the operation of every door, window, and drawer. He even gave us suggestions on how to improve the appearance of our stamped concrete at our soon to be new house.

I recently purchased my home and had a home inspection prior to closing. After a few months I began noticing several things my home inspector missed. I looked for another home inspector and came across OCD Home Inspections.

My wife and I were unable to make it to the home to speak with Keith after he finished the inspection. He called me after he was done and gave me a complete breakdown of every single item and detail.
