First time home buyers, new to the area, and on a very tight timeline to close. Archive Property Inspection were quick to respond and accommodate us on very short notice. During the review, our inspector took the time to answer all the questions we had and provide insight and guidance into the items he was evaluating and why. They have a COVID protocol in place, and our inspector wore a mask the entire time. We received an incredibly detailed report that evening. We're in the process of purchasing our first home. Coincidentally, our real estate agent also recommended this business. Tommy was our inspector. He arrived early on site. He is very nice, personable, professional, and a expert at home inspections. I sincerely would like to thank Mr. Tom Ramirez tor his professional work in inspecting the house we were about to purchase. He is a very pleasant, friendly and compassionate person.
