Founded in 1980, we are a Kansas City-based real estate investment and management that owns and manages a portfolio in excess of $800 million in its regional footprint.

I have tried to contact a person at this company for 2 days. Press five for the operator and guess what the operator never answers. I believe they ignore you if you have any issues with how they conduct business. I will take to the Better Business Bureau next if I do not have a response from the company by Friday. I have never seen anything as poor as this company. They have no issues taking your money every month! But they continue to hide when you need to address them. I will never rent from such unethical people again. Stay away. Cleary by the reviews communication is not there strong suit.

Great is not even the correct term I would use to describe my company! I call it my company because I am truly the leader of my fate here. I have worked with Nolan going on 4 years and it was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I started off as a leasing professional and not even 3 and a half years in I already have been promoted 3 times and now am one of the Property Managers here. I am involved in so many hands on tasks that have shaped the forward movement on this company. This company is the true definition of if you work hard for something you will be rewarded for it. It is great
