This place is such a joke. My husband and I were on a waiting list for nine months until we actually heard back and got the process going and after going back-and-forth with these people they originally told us that the apartment that we were looking at would be $900 and then once they finally ran our good credit and checked our good references they told us that the apartment would be $1300. Mind you I don’t make much money and I only work part time and my husband only makes about 40,000 a year . What I don’t get is how is the same apartment only $800 for someone with barely any income and
