Royal Oak Apartments features studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Our apartments have fully applianced kitchens (dishwashers featured in our two + three bedroom apartments), and full size bathrooms. Balconies and air conditioning are standard in most top and middle level units. Laundry facilities are located in each building.

It's a total pit. Old buildings, overpriced and literally nothing is included. They even charge you to empty the dumpster. Recently raised the rent $200 for no reason at all other than to line the greedy owner's pockets. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease and you should avoid this slum like the plauge.

Fantastic apartment for a couple, or a single person! Royal Oak supplies a fantastic set of rental units! We lived in our unit close to 3 years and did not have a single problem!! If there was ever a "wear and tear" issue, maintenance was on the scene at a convenient timeframe! You get what you get for the AFFORDABLE price that is asked through Royal Oaks and you are surrounded by a family friendly community!

I lived here for exactly one year and wanted out 3 months into my lease. Everything seemed great until construction started in the apartment directly above my own. I completely understand renovations need to be made but the construction went on from 9AM-3PM for 6 MONTHS. I'm not a contractor but I know that it doesn't take 6 months to renovate a 700 square foot apartment. I contacted the office staff with a question regarding being compensated for this inconvenience due to us having a new born child and having to remove ourselves from the premises during the hours of construction each

They suddenly increased every thing . Water is money, Gas is money, Trash is money. Also increase Rent recently by 200$. Totally paying 1700$ for 2BHK is not worth for old building with no extra ammenities like gym, swimming pool etc.
I appreciate their effort in snow cleaning and friendly staffs but total money out of your pocket is too much.

Although rental office and staff are very nice, the neighbors are ridiculous. We have lived here for less than 6 months now and we have had Dover police department show up at our door steps more than 5 times for a noise complaint. If you live in an apartment, you are going to hear walking/talking above and below you. There’s not much that we can do to prevent the problem. We have tried to explain to the rental office and the police that we are not stomping to make the person below us upset, the floors and walls are just very thin.

Incredible place to live!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the seacoast area. Excellent location within close walking distance to downtown. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and caring. Maintenance ALWAYS performed our work order requests in a timely manner and in a professional way. I would GLADLY move back if we hadn't bought a home (expanding family...lol)! The only thing is I wish they had a playground on site for our kids but it's not a big deal with the ballpark/ice rink/pool across the street. I'm not sure what the other reviews mean about

This apartment complex is wonderful! I find that the onwer and managment takes great pride in the complex . Parking is sufficiant and the snow removal was done quickly and handled well for a large complex. I would recommend this place to others! Maintaince issues are resolved in a timely manner and the guys doing the work are very professional and respectful ! From living in a house and moving to a 2

Beware:
A week after move in I had a problem with a pipe bursting . It was fixed no expense. Later when we had to have the floor in the bathroom and kitchen fixed because all that water they said I have 10 days to pay the bill in full; or agree to a Payment schedule which amounts to a major rent increase. ( putting rent over 30% of household income didn't even cross their mind as a problem.)
BEWARE: the office here will all ways interpret the lease as " we do whatever we want. " they set it so if we don't pay right away we can be evicted and also they refuse to talk about
