Over the years I have tried many of the local PT providers in and around UW area. Stride Physio in north Lake Union area is by far the best. Post rotator cuff surgery I could barely lift my arm. After working with Suzanne, I’m back in exercise class and working out with light weights. Suzanne created a workout program and was able to navigate my recovery plan through several setbacks. Be prepared to do the work to reap the benefits of her astute guidance. Front desk with Kim and Geeia alway pleasant and able to accommodate as schedules changed and Jen in billing was helpful with any insurance

Alexis Eusterbrock at Stride Physio is the most amazing physical therapist I have ever worked with. She has helped me with vulvar pain, as well as back, knee, hip pain as well as post surgery adhesion pain. She is extraordinary at explaining/teaching, she is hugely empathetic, she is a wonderful listener, and she has massive knowledge of physical therapy and how it works with the patients life and mind and emotions. Her brain is very sharp and very organized. Her concentration and command of language is superb. I cannot recommend her enough. She works well with the referring physicians and sends

A few months ago I saw Elena Soles for a lower back pain issue after it slowly became a major annoyance in my day-to-day life.
Not only did she entirely resolve my back pain issue very quickly (2-3 weeks), she also made me realize that some knee pain I had (which I had learned to live with) was also linked to the same underlying problem.
So basically, she healed more problems than I came in for! I can't believe I waited so long before scheduling my first appointment. Probably one of the best health-related decisions I ever did
But I must say: if Elena gives you exercises to do at home, do them

I've had physical therapy before, and based on those experiences I'd all but given up on PT. But a friend of mine goes to Stride Physio, and one day she took me to one of her appointments. It seemed like a pretty cool place, so I figured I'd give it a try. And wow, what a difference! My physical therapist, Nicole, is amazing. In just a month or so, I've gotten so much stronger with her guidance and support. This is a women-owned business, and a dog-friendly one, too, so the odds are good you'll be greeted by a (very well-behaved) dog if you come to the office. They work with people of all ability

I could schedule physical therapy in Snohomish County where I live, but I choose to drive to Seattle for PT at Stride Physio. The therapists at Stride are fully knowledgable, professional and diversified in many specialty areas. A few years ago, owner Susanne helped me address some back and ankle problems, enabling me to return to one of my favorite activities, hiking. More recently, Emily Thomas worked with me on glute strengthening and gait. I highly recommend Emily; her upbeat personality and encouraging style make me look forward to every visit and motivate me to do my best. Should I ever need

I loved my experience with Stride Physio for my physical therapy treatment! Emily Thomas is a wonderful practitioner who treated me with respect and worked WITH me to find an exercise and stretching regimen that ultimately helped me find some relief after years of pain and frustration. She's clearly dedicated to the well being of each of her patients, and speaks in terms that are easy to understand. As someone who is way too hard on myself, Emily also helped me to recognize the good work I was doing and was incredibly reassuring. She challenges and motivates her clients with her up-beat and determined

From the moment you contact Stride, you can tell how much they care about their clients. The front desk staff is so great, helping figure out insurance and working through the scheduling process. I’ve seen Laurie and truly look forward to my sessions with her. She applies her extensive knowledge to problem solve and provides an effective, clear treatment plan. She is patient, consistent, and provides the highest quality of care. The best physical therapist I’ve ever seen – and has the best dog, big shout-outs to my emotional support dog, Ziggy!

I love Stride Physio! This is such a welcoming and positive place. They are women-owned and women-run, and their office has a dog that comes and greets you when you come in the door. I was tentative to start physical therapy again because I had had a bad experience with my last physical therapist. But I started working with Emily, and from the first visit I knew this was going to be a better experience. She is a great listener, laid back, and takes her job very seriously. The exercises and techniques she has taught me have already made a big impact on my pain level and allowed me to become more
