Contrary to what some of these picture show I am an advocate of Buying new. I just had to bring the defects to their attention. That's what I do. As you can see my inspecting education and experience was extensive back in Texas and New Mexico and now in Washington State. I have done thousands and thousands of inspections, both new and existing homes.
I specialize in Inspecting Older Homes, they take a lot of special knowledge and experience. And you still get the advantage of my State of the Art Software and many years of construction experience. Location, location, location, is by far the most common reason for buying a re-sale. You are most likely going to be closer to your workplace, schools, shopping, and another very common reason, being closer to aging parents.
