My infrared (thermal) camera helps me see things that other inspectors can't. This provides significant value to the the client and has been an asset in detecting unseen moisture concerns and energy efficiency defects. That's why I use an infrared camera during a home inspection at no additional cost.

Adam was amazing! We were doing a last minute pre inspection before making an offer on a home. I couldn't find anyone on such short notice. Our realtor had recommended them and contacted them about 6-7PM and he was out on a Sunday at 7am to do the inspection. He was very thorough. We got a very detailed report on the property with pictures detailing anything that was listed. It was really great. Will definitely utilize them again.

My husband and I got the best house inspection! Adam was so helpful and really knew his stuff! We both learned a lot and appreciated how detailed he was! We ended up not purchasing the house, and so thankful we didn't. We appreciated the thorough job he did, saved us from a regretted purchase down the line! we are definitely going to use him again for the next inspection we do!

Adam's inspection was very thorough and he got the report to us the same day of the inspection. We were in escrow to buy the property he was inspecting and felt much more confident about buying it after having him walk us through everything that he noticed about the place. He has offered to be available in the future as well to answer any questions that may arise. We highly recommend Ground Up Inspection Service!
