A motion to reopen or reconsider must be filed within 30 days of the decision by DHS, if additional facts become available after the case has been presented and decided, in which case the only way for the facts to be considered is to file for the motion to reopen or reconsider. They were very expensive, demanded a down payment from me and a consultation fee, let me say about $2,500.00 was thrown in the bin without any positive outcome. Attorney Zainab Khan is an amazing lawyer. Always ready to explain the immigration processes and always on time for appointments.
