Services
From our humble beginnings with just a few employees to our nationwide expansion, we remain grateful for the countless opportunities to impact people's lives every day. Founder Dale Yake served as the initial physical therapist treating in home health, pediatric care, and nursing home services to support the outpatient service line.
PT Solutions improves the lives of our patients, community, partners, & associates. We educate, train, and trust in our professionals to provide research-supported care and service in environments that are hospitality-driven and service-oriented. We do this through exceeding expectations, guided by our core values.
From physical therapy to speech therapy, we provide a range of services that will help you recover from an injury, reduce pain, or be able to complete daily tasks with ease. We provide a variety of special services and treatments for conditions that go beyond manual therapy. We're always prepared to help athletes play at their best.
We strive to make your experience great from beginning to end. This starts with flexible appointment scheduling and continues with better patient outcomes through evidence-based research. We strive to provide customer service that not only exceeds the standards in health care but the standards of service in any industry.
Your first visit is all about planning and assessment. It's where your therapist will get to know you and create a treatment plan based on your condition and specific goals. Your physical therapist will begin by listening. They'll want to learn about you and your condition. They will ask specific questions about your issue, cover any general medical history, and begin to help you identify the outcomes you want to achieve.

PT Solutions of Crabapple treated me following hip surgery. Jenna is an outstanding therapist. She explains treatment plans/objectives and the exercises/therapies in easy-to-understand language. Jenna asks lots of questions and listens. She was able to adapt treatment to whatever condition I was in at the start of each session, making necessary adjustments as we progressed. Highly recommended.

The pediatric therapists are excellent (we've seen several, I've the course of a couple of years). However, the waiting room (where I spend a lot of time on a weekly basis) is pretty excruciating. Today the lights were out in the waiting room and when I asked, I was brushed off. We are all sitting in the dark.
Old ratty furniture that always feels dirty. A TV that is usually showing grisly news in a room full of kids. A few old toys and books that seem to have been left here, but always seem dirty. I would have thought that a pediatric PT/OT place would be more conscious of the kids

All the staff are GREAT. Very friendly and not just with me. I see how they treat all their patients, and they seem to have very good relationships with all their patients. I've been to this facility twice for different reasons. After I found out I had to do PT again this year, I specifically asked for this location because of the staff. I don't know why this other person had such a bad experience. I've never seen anything but positive interactions among staff and patients.

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment after my hand surgery. The front office staff was very cold and unfriendly, the parking and access was far from the clinic. They can't seem to employ a very friendly staff. I think LaGrange Hospital should get rid of this contract company and employ it's own therapists. Maybe they will be managed better.
