Hip and Knee Pain Relief Your hips and knees: they're the largest joints in your body, connecting a large number of muscles, bones, and ligaments. Neurological Disorders Diseases and injuries to the nervous system can have dramatic effects across the body affecting one's ability to function. What is manual therapy?
Our state-of-the-art facility allows us to develop and implement a comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation program. We offer a full array of aerobic equipment and all of the traditional passive physical therapy modalities for pain control and muscle strengthening including mechanical traction, ultrasound, phonophoresis, iontophoresis, and electrical stimulation.
According to the best available data, about 80 percent of the population will experience back pain or neck pain in their lifetimes. Those bouts don't include minor incidents like the occasional twinge, but instead the serious sprains, strains, spasms, and impaired range of motion problems that make it so hard to function.
Shoulders: We carry the weight of the world on them, but don't spend a lot of time trying to figure them out. Yet our shoulders are each incredibly complicated joint system. The positive aspect of this complexity is that your shoulders allow your body to undertake an amazing range of activities. On the downside, when something goes wrong with one or both of them, it can be complicated to treat on your own.

Can’t say enough good things about Sportscare Physical Therapy - I had the pleasure of working with Kara, and then Courtney - they’re both superstars and extremely good at what they do - I had knee surgery in late July and went to SPT for about 14 weeks and now I’m good as new and I have Sportscare Physical Therapy to thank for that - you’ll be nothing but satisfied if you try them out - trust me, I was!!!

I had a great experience at Sportscare Physical Therapy. My therapist was committed to my recovery, understood my goals, and helped me work through a plan that got me back to running.
All of the staff is great, and work together as a team to support patient progress.
I really appreciated the early morning and evening hours, which allowed me to make appointments before or after work.
I highly recommend Sportscare Physical Therapy!

Landon, Jason, and Sammy are great. I have never had any type of physical therapy, so I was skeptical that the therapy could be done at home. They are very knowledgeable about what muscles need to be exercised and to what extent. I told Landon that SportsCares slogan should be Small moves, Big difference. I have witnessed slow, but steady progress with their help.

Dr. Leda McDaniel and all of the assistants and the front desk have been great. Leda genuinely cares about you and your condition and works hard to develop a plan to help you reach your goals of getting back to the activities you love doing. Of course I never want to have to do physical therapy again but if I do I would come back here 100%.

I have been treated by Courtney Jenkins for almost 2 years for various injuries and recently I had a severe low back pain which pretty much paralyzed me from hip and below. I worked with Courtney and within 2 months, I completely recovered and was able to start my regular fitness and sports activities. In my experience, she understands the underlying issue very well and structures PT sessions to resolve the root cause of the issue. Her PT sessions are not routine exercises and it is personalized based on individual needs and it has worked very good to me and to my family who has been with this
