Individuals with pelvic pain and dysfunction live with conditions that often are not recognized, or their symptoms are dismissed or misunderstood by health care providers. Provenance Rehabilitation was established to offer a different experience in pelvic health.
Our providers listen attentively to their patients and develop a plan of care based on the origin and nature of symptoms, the medical/surgical history, and the physical therapy examination.Every person is unique, therefore one approach will not work for all. We understand the importance of looking at the whole person in order to formulate an individualized plan to help improve the quality of the life of each patient.

Dr. Heather Draper assisted me with pelvic floor physical therapy, following my radical prostatectomy. Dr. Draper is incredibly knowledgeable and provided clear and pragmatic techniques to address my incontinence. She also made it very easy to discuss potentially embarrassing or uncomfortable topics, associated with post-surgury side effects.

I went to Provenance Rehabilitation for diastasis recti/umbilical hernia. Dr. Draper gave me stretches and exercises I could do at home, and worked with me in the office to make sure I was doing them absolutely correctly. She was very clear about what I should expect - the exercises wouldn't cure my umbilical hernia, but she hoped they might make it so I no longer had any symptoms - and that is exactly what happened! I'm very pleased, and definitely recommend Provenance Rehabilitation if you're in need of postpartum PT!

Provenance rehab was so great to work with after having my baby. I was eager to get back into my workout and life routine, but wanted to ensure I wasn’t getting back into things before my body was ready. Carrie was great at letting me know how I was doing, the progress I was making, and finally when I had graduated! I will definitely visit again after my next baby as well!

I highly recommend Dr. Heather Draper for pelvic floor physical therapy!
She developed a program for my specific needs and helped me understand each exercise. She is a great teacher and so kind and professional. Pelvic floor therapy was a great investment in my health and I am so thankful to have a plan going forward.

Carrie was extremely kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Over the course of 5 sessions I was given helpful stretches and information on how best to address my concerns. I did not expect to start seeing results in as few as three weeks but I am very thankful I took the time to work with Provenance Rehab to address my concerns. Thank you again Carrie for everything! I would definitely recommend the team.

I'm 63 years old and earlier this year I was diagnosed with a prolapsed bladder. My first option was to try rehab. There are traditional center everywhere, but because of the intimate nature I looked for one that specifically addressed my problem.
The Provenance staff bios and reviews are quite impressive and so I felt encouraged. My therapist was Carrie Dendtler and she is wonderful. From our first till our last visit she made me feel at ease, she did not assumed that I knew what to expect but took time each meeting to explain what she was doing and why and asking how I was feeling. She was so
