Services
This second floor office suite is near the Santa Barbara Airport, UCSB, old town Goleta, the Camino Real Shopping Center, and Goleta's newest hotel, Residence Inn by Marriott. The building features numerous amenities such as showers, ample parking, and proximity to walking trails, shops, and restaurants.
As a resident with Sierra Property Management, we encourage you to first meet the agent assigned to your property, if you have not done so already. You will have a contact person to communicate any issue you have directly, but with the security of knowing you could talk to anybody at our office who will be happy to help you.
Since then, it has grown exponentially. Our client base has been based on word of mouth, referrals, and people noticing the various signs throughout Santa Barbara County on the exterior of the numerous properties we manage. Many referrals are from other individuals in the industry, including real estate agents and brokers.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturday by appointment and we are CLOSED Sunday. Our office address is 5290 Overpass Road, Bldg. C, Santa Barbara, CA 93111. We are conveniently located off of the 101 freeway. Coming northbound from the 101 take the Patterson Avenue Exit, take a left onto Patterson Avenue, take a left on to Overpass Road, then take the third driveway to your right (located in the Creekside Plaza).
Please review the following instructions before filling out the application for a student housing unit. A complete application means all applicable spaces filled out and signed for each roommate and a copy of a government issued photo ID. The $25 processing fee per person must be paid prior to considering the application complete.

If you want to be belittled and demeaned, ask for the president Michelle! Horrible woman who seems to enjoy making students feel unimportant. If you're a parent, she will be rude to you as well. We went 6 months out of our 12 month lease sharing one functional drying machine amongst 20 tenants. Michelle is just embarrassing

My daughter has never been treated as horribly as she has been with this property management co. Easily the worst in town, if you’re a commercial or residential property owner in Santa Barbara please steer away as there are far better and less skeevy options!

As a tenant of Sierra Property Management, I am very pleased with their professionalism and timely response. They have sent qualified and experiencf workers who repaired more than one plumbing issue very quickly. As well a receipt request for someone to fix my stove burner was handled the very next day. I couldn't be happier!

If you like your security deposit don’t rent from these scoundrels! Taking more than five hundred dollars out of a deposit for things being “dirty” when in reality there was just regular wear and tear is the behavior of sleazy motel owner or a used car salesman, certainly not the actions of a reputable leasing agency.

It's hard to decipher what decisions were made by Sierra Property Mgmt and what decisions were made by the property owners in regards to the property. Small details in the apartment were neglected and felt dirty, but living in Santa Barbara you take what you can get sometimes. We had a break in, which resulted in a broken lock on our slider door. They responded to our maintenance request, never showed up to fix it, and then emailed us asking if we were satisfied with the resolution of our request. Well, there never was a resolution, we still use a wood stick to lock our slider.

This management company charges for every maintenance call to the tenant because they don't want the owner to be responsible. Having many rentals myself it's the owners responsibility to maintain the property and make sure everything broken is taken care of immediately. Unfortunately they maintain a lot of rental in the Santa Barbara area near the university and they are not many choices when it comes to renting for your student.

Sierra Property Manager, Robert Zermeno, has gone above and beyond in helping us out as tenants. The communication has also been prompt and extremely helpful and anytime we've had home issues, leaks, etc. Robert has ensured that the issues were fixed ASAP. Robert and the other staff members are very kind and understanding and do a great job representing and supporting their tenants. I'm incredibly thankful for the work that Sierra Property Management has done for us!
