Mama Foot Massage

I love mama’a the owners are always pleasant and booking a massage appointment is always quite easy via their website. The messages are good I believe they use new masseuse who are recently graduated so staff does change often but that doesn’t devalue the massage. Prices are fair & service is always good. My go to after work massage spot

My husband and I both got AWFUL massages. They did not appear to be trained massage therapists. One lady went in and out of the massage room for about 1/3 of the 90 minutes and the other lady I swear was on her phone massaging with one hand. When they were massaging a five year old would have been more productive. Waste of time and money.

Update: since the owner wasn't so sure I'd given them my time/money, my date of service was Friday, November 12, 2021. Service total was $55. See below for photos. I believe she is also the one responsible for this so I doubt anything will change, but informed decision making is key.

Really bad massages... I would be surprised if they folks are actually trained. I would not recommend them at all.

I got a full body massage from a young black woman and she didnt even do my feet. The irony of have foot massage in the title of your job and not massage the feet when you choose the full body massage. If I go back i will ask for the asian lady to do it... I wish people cared about customer service like they used to.

In short, on one of my recent visits I was paired with a therapist for a 90 minute foot massage that was needed due to some discomfort I was experiencing. I originally wanted like a 30-minute maybe an 1hr chair massage but they only had 20 minutes. I explained I was having neck and shoulder pain mostly. I asked if there was a longer duration that I can pay for. She suggested that I get the 30-minute body and 30 minutes foot massage. I agree because I went to one of the place and they were booked and I was in pain so I figured some relief is better than none. My wife has been going to this location for the past 2 years and the last visit was her worst experience, her therapist named Liz had rough hands which caused scratches, her message was 2 hrs and pressure was to intense even when asked to ease the pressure. Therapist appeared to be on the cell phone when massaging with one hand. Technique was horrible, will not return.

Mona was amazing. Went in hurting. Left feeling relaxed with alot less pain. Highly recommend letting this young lady help you

I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will say that it could have just been the person who did my massage (she never told me her name) but I doubt she was licensed to practice massage therapy. I’ve had plenty of deep tissue massages because of a back injury I have and this was the absolute worst massage ever. All she did the entire time was dig her elbows into me and rubbed her forearm across my back (this I know can be used in addition too) but not once did she use her hands (except to rub some oil on me) to apply any strokes to my back, steady pressure to my back, no attempt to

Made my appointment with my son for July 4, 2019. The staff was kind and professional; was offered water before and aour foot massage. Did not realize we were also getting a scalp massage; didn't care to much for it, had to comp my hair afterwards, . The foot massage was fantastic! I heard my son sleeping like a baby . It was very relaxing and would recommend this place again. The foot massage is for one hour, $30 and if you book online, you save $5.

This the most intense massage I've ever had. It was painful yet necessary. I like a lot of pressure and I had to ask my therapist to hold back a few times. She focused on my problem areas without me having to tell her so her perceptive. They combine all the different types of massages into one session including reflexology and hot stones which was nice. Will definitely return.

I normally don't fall asleep but it was so relaxing I zonked our and the back massage was awesome perfect pressure and helped release the knots I had. Price is great also and they are super nice will go here again!

Great body and foot massage. This was my first foot massage and it was very relaxing. Almost fell asleep during the foot massage but I didn't want to miss out on the good massage. Mia want fantastic! She worked on the areas on my back that I told her were bothering me. She listened to me during the massage when I needed some other area worked on. I will definitely be back.

Loved discovering that this place was so close to me! Mia was great!! The place was extremely clean, which isn't always the case in massage places. I was only able to get the chair massage at this time, but the $20 for 20 minutes was well worth it, and got me through a stressful traveling situation. I'll definitely be back!!

So happy to find this nearby gem in our neighborhood, which happens to be one of the best foot massages I've ever had.

The atmosphere is comfortable (chairs, music, temperature).

The foot massage from Mama was wonderful. Very strong without being painful. Even the temperature the water was nice and hot.

The last thing I'll note is the hospitality. They had a selection of bottled water available for us to choose as we left and offered us a gift (a branded pocket screwdriver).

I received an excellent massage today at Mama Massage in Austell and I will be a return customer for sure.
