I brought my daughter who is 12 to MTAG to try out their middle school competition conditioning work out and was impressed. The work out was challenging and pushed her to work outside of her comfort zone. The coaches were great and supportive! Definitely going back!

The owner wears fake gold teeth. Would NOT recommend this place. Ray smells like badussy and failed dreams. He might try to hit you with a gun too. Not a good experience

Positive: Quality
The front desk lady doesn’t have a professional demeanor nor can she handle the customer herself. Very quick to demand the owner to deal with the negative environment she caused.

I absolutely Love being here! The trainer's at this gym are all great. They really care about your progress, unlike most trainer's do it all for the $$ rather you progress or not. It's more than a game here. They put all of their heart and soul into pushing you to your limits and then beyond that. Get results you've been wining about.

Overall its a very nice setup. If you don't want the traditional style work out as far as go to a gym and stare at the tv or wall then you need to give this place a try. The work out was based on your movement and your weight and moving your body in such a way to make you realize, dang I am more out of shape than I thought I was. There are different levels and types of training that does go on but the newbie style was enough for my legs to be screaming. The only down side is there needs to be a sign. Once you know where it is its easy to get to the problem is finding it for the first time
