Whether you like to work out on your own or in a group environment, we have plenty of training options for you. We have something for everyone! Keep the young ones in your family active with classes, an aquatics center, and sports facilities. Here at The Sportscenter Fitness & Athletic Club you will find the largest tennis facility in the region.

Swim all year round in our indoor and outdoor pools. Looking for group classes? We have a large list of group classes that run everyday of the week, including barre, BODYPUMP, Yoga, Zumba, cycling and much more. Whatever your taste, we can accommodate you and find something that gets you motivated and excited.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Strengthen and tone your core muscles. You will leave class feeling stronger, refreshed, relaxed, and more confident about yourself. Burn calories, tone your body, and strengthen your muscles, all while working towards your health goals.
Yoga may not be a workout option you've considered, but it's actually a great form of exercise that helps both your body and your mind. Yoga is a popular exercise format that challenges both your body's strength and flexibility while giving your mind some rest. Our Yoga class is a Vinyasa style yoga that uses traditional poses.
Cycling is a great low-impact way to rev your heart rate and get in shape. Each class will burn calories, tone your body, and strengthen your muscles, all while working towards your health goals. At The Sportscenter Fitness & Athletic Club, we understand that people have different needs. That's why we offer 5 different group cycling classes, so we're sure you'll find your home with us.
Water aerobics is a great form of exercise if you have an injury or if you don't enjoy exercise that puts too much strain on your muscles and joints. By exercising in the water, you're able to exercise without putting stress on your muscles and joints. The water provides great support to your body, while challenging your strength and endurance.
