I would have to say I would definitely use this company again and would refer them to my clients.
Richard was very quick to respond AND their price is relatively reasonable. They showed up on time to the unit and started on their work immediately.
They said it would roughly take about 3 hours but I think that depends on the size of the property. They were done in about an hour.
I respect that they were very attentive to detail. They were able to catch things I, myself could've never thought about so I really appreciate that.
They give you a full detailed report along with pictures
