The report was detailed and beautifully presented for a Buyer who could not be present. But, beyond that, let me tell you that this high-end building did NOT make it easy for David, the inspector, to do his job. The listing agent had given the building my name as the contact, but I had not planned to be there. Getting him access required a WRITTEN request that had to come from the owner's agent. Fortunately, the agent was available to email the management and, after about a 30 minutes of phone calls and emails, David finally got in. Hurrah for both his professionalism and perseverance. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. The home inspection felt thorough. The inspector took time to explain all his findings, explained how to fix them and gave rough estimates on how much different items would take to repair. Also explained things in simple terms if there was something I was unfamiliar with. Would use their services again.

Highly recommend Diamond Head Home Inspections. We had a great experience. They were extremely responsive even during this very busy real estate market. Richie was incredibly professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took time to go through the entire house (inside and outside) and all his observable findings with great detail. He took lots of pictures which were included in his very thorough and easy to read report. They did a great job.

Inspection was scheduled quickly and professionally. Easy online payment to schedule the appointment and the inspection itself was great... I met my inspector at the property at the end of his inspection and he went over all the highlights of the inspection, walking me around the home, even into the crawlspace to go over everything. Inspector was polite and "cool" too. We finished the walkthrough around 6pm and I had a 90 page report in my email by 9pm the same evening. 5 Stars!
