We offer third party property inspections for property managers, owners, landlords and renters. Mr. Tadeo did a great job inspecting the property and answered all my questions completely. If he did not have an answer the he would point me in the right direction to get the information. The best thing was when he checked the temperature of the Hot water! That was a surprise and thoughtful since he had no control over the temperature! Very nice! I definitely recommend his help! Ricarte came out for a home inspection within 1 day notice and on a Sunday morning. His competition was at least a week out. He did a very diligent and detailed walk through with a very easy to read inspection report with accurate photos. Then he called me in the afternoon to review the key items. We were able to go back to the seller and get the appropriate credit back to address the items he brought up. Well deserved 5 star review.

Ricarte did a thorough and honest inspection of a townhouse unit I am in the process of closing on. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Not only did he keep me aware of the things that needed to be fixed, but also the things that had no problems at all, helping to keep a peace of mind for the purchase. He made everything easy to understand and also suggested solutions to the small number of issues that were found.

Recarte responded quickly and quoted us a great price for our home inspection. He was able to accommodate the day we wanted him to come. He arrived at the home bright and early. Right off the bat he was thorough and got straight to the point! He checked literally everything and gave us good suggestions as to how things can be easily fixed if we were to move forward. He even touched on the things that you would never notice! There was one thing he wasn’t able to collect after his inspection which was the hot water (because it was a timer) but he did go back to the property later that day and rechecked

We are buying a home for the first time and Ricarte did an amazing job with the home inspection. He is very detailed and very personable/easy to talk to. He took the time to explain to us what the purpose of certain things are that we may not necessarily know, what is considered normal, and what he found during his inspection and how to fix it. Ricarte came out last minute and did an inspection of our future home he covers every inch of the place and was incredibly knowledgeable talking us through every thing he found. To top it all of he sent us a 70+ page of his funding by the end of the day! Definitely recommend this company and Ricarte.

I hired Ricarte to do a home inspection on a house I'm looking at in Ewa Beach. On top of being professional, he was very thorough in his inspection. He found a lot of smaller things that most would over look, the main benefit being that these smaller items can be fixed before turning into bigger and more costly issues. He took aerial photos and did a roof inspection with a drone. He even found a few things that were missed by the previous home inspection (original sale fell through for someone else, due to Coronavirus fears).
