The mangement is incredibly rude and they only have ONE maintenance man onsite for the entire complex. They do not keep up with regualr maintenance of the applicances or even basic household upkeep. I had to live with a huge mold spot on the ceiling of my shower the entire year that I lived there because no one would come scrape it off and repair it. I highly reccomend NOT living here unless you're really strapped for cash.

Team is fantastic never had an issue with staff. Though it is unfortunate that for those currently effected by COVID19 hour cuts and such who aren't eligible for unemployment are unable to recieve any help or extensions due to the virus "mellowing out" as I was told which is funny as I definently have many protocols to follow at work as social distancing is still in effect.

We were very displeased with Spring Valley apartments. When we first looked at apartment complex, was shown a nice looking apartment. When we got our apartment, it was very old. The entrance door was very dirty and had large gouges in it. Tried to wash it, didn't help.
Ask for it to be painted, they wouldn't. Wouldn't let us paint, either. Kitchen counters were gouched, and had large marks on them. Appliances were very old. Also, if management tells you anything, be sure to get it in writing. They were very untruthful.

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
At first you would think this is an amazing place to live, but do not let that fool you. They constantly watched my apartment. Complained about every little thing. If someone is not on the lease, don’t even invite them over because they will have you evicted for that. In the 4 months I lived there not 1 time did I get the “guaranteed” pesticide. The management, especially Karen, was extremely rude when I would ask a simple question. The place itself is run down. My shower, sink, and garbage disposal would not drain water. All in all, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Contrary to previous reviews, I've actually had a great experience at these apartments and with every member of the management team. I was a transfer from another Lindsey property and they never seemed to be annoyed and were always helpful with my MANY phone calls during the whole process. I was new to Siloam and they were very helpful with the transition in getting utilities set up, pet fees, city fees, etc... set up. All of the ladies have been wonderful to me and any maintenance requests I've had so far have been taken care of within 24 hours. I have no complaints thus far!

Lived here for two years. I can summarize it by this: 1. Bad neighbors 2. Bad management and 3. Good maintenance team. If you're going to deal with a manager here, wait to talk to Carolyn, she's so much better than the elderly manager who was always rude.
1. Bad neighbors: Could be a good place to live, but it obviously depends on your neighbors. We had some that would leave their trash and hair trimmings all over the place - since it was on the backside of the apartment building, they were never enforced to clean up, nor did management ever clean (see attached picture). The management team is is the rudest and most polite people I've ever met. Especially the older manager! She needs some lessons in customer service or to be let go. The maintenance people came in a fixed a few things and it looks worse now honestly. Left a HUGE mess. The washer and dryer barely works. I have to manually turn the knows mid cycles for them to work. The dryer has to run literally for TWO HOURS for clothes to even dry, which runs up the electric bill. The stove is coming away from the counter, there's a huge hole under the sink causing a mildew smell. Has it been fixed? NO. Worst place
