Great community, spacious apartments, and located in a wonderful area in Springdale! Lots of things to do around the neighborhood and a lot of development coming too. Tracy, the property manager, is wonderful and truly cares for her tenants. Rent is very reasonable for the amount of space you get in these apartments! They have made a lot of wonderful improvements in the time we have called this community home!

I really like it here it's clean the office staff and maintenance fellas are fantastic and does a great job in a timely manner and fast and friendly. Traci goes out of the way for the tentents here
the swimming pool is very nice and the gym is nice and has AC
