I am highly disappointed that holiday hours were only clearly marked on their Facebook page. No indication of a change in hours on their phone line, nor was there any physical indicator at their office, nor a posting on their door. Extremely frustrating. Additionally, there were recommendations posted on their Facebook page with only phone numbers - no addresses. Dr. Greg Brown would never have allowed this.

The care to animals seems great. The wait time is ridiculous! I get there before they open and minimally have a wait time of two hours from the time the office opens. I would also really like it if they allowed one customer in at a time while their pet is being seen. I have questions that are not necessarily easy to explain on the phone

I am so glad that I took our dog at RAH, Dr. Koan is a great vet doctor, she is compassionate and care with my Bella. She explained to me what is going on with Bella and referred us to OVRS to make sure our dog get the right treatment, she also gave me some info what to do if I need some financial help, which I didnt do, but it was a good idea and I was so impressed with her trying to help our dog and our financial situation if we need it. They talk to the OVRS vet Dr to make sure our dog be treated right away. Thank you so much Riverside Animal hospital for everything you did. Our dog is doing

It's always the hardest day to say goodbye to a loved pet. In my case, she was way more than a pet. She was my best friend, and the only consistent thing in my life.
But the staff and Dr were so genuine and sincere. Wish we would have met on better times. But thank you for fitting me in when everyone else was not able to help me.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
They were willing to provide the care and support my puppies needed when they were ill. They also took the most affordable route for the highest quality of care. The vet was amazing! She covered all the bases, while also taking the opportunity to educate me on how to properly care for my puppies moving forward.

Great vet in Flushing! The people there are very friendly and the prices are pretty reasonable. I have moved 2 hours across state and I am not sure I want to switch vets still so I take the dogs when I am visiting family back in Flushing.
I only have one advisory for someone looking for a vet in town is that this place is first come first serve and NOT appointment based. It's great when you want to just swing in and get shots updated but it can also result in long wait times during the busy hours of their day. Especially weekends.

I love Riverside. Their top priority is the animals that they see. My dog was very sick and we were there every day for a week. They always explained everything to me and answered all the stupid question that I had. When I cried because we didn't know if he would make it they were very compassionate with me. Both Dr Brown and Dr Koan are very knowledgeable and will admit when they don't know the answer but will consult with specialists at MSU to make sure that they do what is best for your pet. I am so glad I brought my baby here or he may not be here today.

Riverside is definitely one of the best animal hospitals around. I really like that there is more than one doctor available, and they are all so nice. They have a really great bedside manner and always make you feel like you and your pet are special and important. They have always helped me and my various pet needs.
