I have been going to this vet for 45 + years, Tom's Dad took care of my fur babies. Educated, experienced vets, friendly staff, competitively priced practice who saved my dogs life after a 'reputable' breeder claimed my dog wasn't sick. Rex says thank you! I’ve been a client for 10 years with past dogs and never would I question anything they recommended.

I see all these positive reviews and in the beginning I was one of those people that highly recommend them. I now have a change of mind on this from my last visit. I had an appointment already scheduled just for routine blood work but had an issue arise that I needed to have checked into. I called and made an earlier appointment they Stated that we will figure your whether or not we have time to do her routine blood work in the same visit or if I have to come back at her already scheduled appointment. Love Tom and his staff. They were very caring and kind to my son and me when our dog was sick and dying. We spent 8 months trying to save her. Tom made sure she was not in pain and when the time came to put her down they allowed us to stay with her until my son was ready to leave his best friend. Most of the time they did not even charge me for office calls. Our new puppy is there right now. I will never go anywhere else and I do always recommend him to anyone that needs care for their fur babies.

Dr Ferstl is a wonderful veterinarian. He is so knowledgeable and loves his furry clients. His staff is also very helpful. Easy to make an appointment or walk in. Doctor Ferstl will take great care of your pet calling you at 9:00pm Saturday night to update you on your pets condition just like the other post say. Yes he has called me late in the evening many times to speak with me even on the weekends when their closed. Terrific team, cost is also reasonable. We're blessed to have such a caring veterinarian and staff in our community. Thank you Doctor Ferstl!!!
