My Realtor chose this Company for their HOME INSPECTION for my pre-owned home. As a buyer they missed 2 very large issue- the Water Heater and Water damage under the Kitchen Sink which was causing ACTIVE MOLD and a smell.
The Water Heater is from 2009 and with no in house Water Softening system generally only last 6 years- our Water Heater has obvious calcification on the side indicating leakage for a long time--
He stated that the Water Heater was fine.
He noted no water leaking- no mold etc etc.
The inspection cost $400 and a New Water heater is double that, to fix a Moldy Wall is much more

As a first time homebuyer, I was sure happy to have Doug on my side! He was very thorough and detailed with the inspection and gave a very comprehensive report soon after we met. He found things I never would have thought would be an issue and I was happy he was up on the roof photographing every tile that was broken. That allowed me to take his report and shop for quotes to repair the damage he found. I met him at the conclusion of the inspection and he was very willing to answer my questions and was very helpful providing local knowledge of the area and things a homeowner should know like where
