Services
Aside from peace of mind that your hard earned money will not be poured into costly repairs for your new home, a home inspection can give you a comprehensive assessment of what you are getting into or should be getting out of.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), states that home inspections offer buyers an unbiased evaluation of the physical condition of the home, such as the property's structure, construction and mechanical systems.
Unlike most professionals, you will likely not get to meet me until after you hire me. Let me tell you a little about myself and my experience in the home construction industry. I became involved in construction and property maintenance at the age of 15, working weekends and summers doing condo, townhome and single family home maintenance and repair for a rental property management company.
No home is perfect! I typically find enough items in a home, that if you ask the seller to make or pay for the repairs it will more than cover the cost of the inspection. First of all, I'm not telling you all of this because my prices are high, but I feel it's important for my clients to be informed.
There are many different reasons for obtaining a property inspection. Pre Purchase Inspection: Know the exact condition of the home, (inside and out) so that you will know exactly what you are buying, or what needs to be renegotiated. Pre Listing Inspection: Have your property inspected before you list it.
Q: What does a home inspection cost? A: The cost of a home inspection varies based upon a number of factors, including size, age, special services requested, etc. Typically, the cost is in the range of $200 - $500, although fees can go higher. However, cost should not be a factor in deciding whether or not to get your home inspected or determining which inspector you choose.

George and his wife are very informative, thorough, and all around great people in addition to their inspections. I am purchasing a home and had George come to inspect the home after I was referred to him by JMS Properties. I was not disappointed. I'm confident he didn't miss anything on my report. After he inspected the home he explained everything to me about his findings and later emailed me my full report. Highly Recommend!!! If I was to purchase another home I will be using Nevada Home Inspections, LLC again!

This is the first time i have used George. He is polite, prompt and very detailed and managed to squeeze me in on short notice. He arrived at the property before i did. He is very detail oriented, has a great personality and communicates effectively. This helped me a ton as I had no clue what to look for and you can ask him any sort of questions. I would strongly recommend this company any day! No issues with him at all and I got my report emailed to me later in the day!
