Pinetree 1 Condominiums

Ive only lived here during summer camps but the rooms are great! Walls block out sound pretty well, plenty of space for storage, and all the rooms have appliences (fridge, oven, microwave) and furnature (couches, tv, desks, dressers, beds)! There is plenty of parking as well as some cool, shaded, grassy areas to hang out on. There is a pavilion with barbaques and benches for small gathering and a hot tub for residents. My only complaint would be about the shower sizes. I am pretty tall and so it was kinda hard to shower comfortably. The showers are also pretty narrow so that was also kinda awkward

I have lived here for two years and it has been a blast. I have had no problems. Management is super nice and quick to help.

I guess you could say I like this place not only because I used to be one of the managers, but because it is a much improved place to spend your college days. It's right next to the campus at Snow College. The place is well taken care of and Jen is always willing to help out new students. I recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay while in school.

Pretty nice place to live. Magner is nice. The apartments are not super old and have what they need. Could use more shelving for storage, but not the worst.

Great location next to the Activity Center. Great management. Great memories.
This is my third year living at Pinetree. I could never see myself living anywhere else while I finish school.
Pinetree is a great place to live and makes the transition to college life clean, safe, fun, up to date, and affordable. As a student, what more could you want?

Honestly, the place kinda grossed me out. The apartments were poorly lit, and the walls just felt dirty. I don't like how condensed this apartment feels. This being said, it has great access to Snow College, particularly the testing center and library buildings, respectively. It does have a hot tub, which is definitely a plus. The dumpster is close by, which is nice. However, people tend to kind of creep in that area though, so keep an eye out I guess.

I've lived at Pinetree both years I attended Snow College and loved every minute of it. It's right next to the College, it's very clean, and the management has always been extremely helpful. They have free cable and internet, and many fun activities throughout the school year. I would definitely recommend living there.

This is my third year at Pinetree and I love it here. Management is amazing! They will work with you and fix any problem that may arise. The location is perfect for walking to classes so you don't have to use your car to get to around. They always have activities that are fun and filling great for college students who are always hungry. The Movie room is great for a date night or game night with the BOYZZ!

I've lived at Pinetree for a year now and it's been a really good experience. It's a really clean space, and a perfect first apartment. I've recommended it to a few people looking for a place to live. The management is always super helpful and quick to get back to you.
