I only lived at the Brandbury for a year. it definitely worth the price you're paying. some of the downsides were how tight the parking spots are, i've known multiple people who hit others cars trying to park, including my car was unfortunately scratched due to someone trying to park in the insanely tight spots. although there is more parking availability then most places, if you're not there early enough it can be very hard trying to park in between cars. a few times i actually got blocked in and wasn't able to get into any of my car doors, the sad part is all 3 of us were

I was a graduate student while living here going to BYU. I signed a year long contract, and lived with them while going through my first year in my masters program. It was okay, but the bathroom kept falling apart, we didn't have our bathtub available to us for nearly 4 months out of the contract and they refused to compensate us. They said we should use the moldy public showers, that don't have any curtains, in their "clubhouse". When I first moved in, they also promised to accommodate a special mattress I had for

They tell me that they don’t oversell parking passes to their lots— if I ever come back late at night there is no chance there are open parking spots and there are multiple other cars trying to find a spot as well. I have been booted and towed from parking in non parking spots because there is absolutely nowhere to park when I’m trying to come home for the night. It’s honestly just a joke at this point.

If you value your health don't rent from this place. Upon entry to my apartment I found the conditions to be filthy. The floors looked like they'd never been washed, there was mildew and water damage in both bathrooms, multiple things in the apartment were broken like the patio door, blinds, refrigerator ice box and there were roaches on the floor throughout the apartment. One of the worst parts was the ventilation. Black clumps of dust were spewing out of the vents and onto the kitchen counters and floors. This was a big issue for me because I have respiratory issues and I am allergic to mold

If i could give it 0 stars i would :) my roommate called me disgusting for wearing a crop top to bed. I have a service animal and they wouldn’t accept it (which is illegal by the way) but they wouldn’t let me talk to anyone’s besides the secretary. Got charged on cleaning checks for the littlest things (one fork from my roommate in the sink) while my roommates didn’t do their whole job (rooms were trashed) and passed. GIRLS u are also NOTT allowed to wear bikinis at the pool, agency is nothing here 🤪 if u are a broke college kid it’s a decent place but mommy’s and daddy’s that

0 stars. Look at the fees if you want to sell your contract for the summer in the attached image. I moved in to the apartment and it looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years. I kept it clean, never failed a clean check but of course they had to take $50 of my deposit when I moved out for not dusting well enough.

Overpriced apartments with unresponsive management. So many hoops to jump through you will never get your deposits back and then they will find even more ways to get more of your money all the while claiming... "you signed the lease". The tenants are held accountable but the management is not. Every bad review you read about this place is true.

When I first moved into the Branbury I was told my apt was on a renovations list and would be renovated by the end of the year. I was told that, that was the reason I was paying the same price as other recently renovated apartments. It has now been a year and no renovations were done. Next thing was almost all the amenities were closed for my first 8 months living here. Why have I been paying for amenities if I can't even use them. Next problem I had with them was the constant charges for little things like having to pay a month's rent for a month you aren't even aloud to live in your apartment

I've never been in an apartment complex that spent so much time on making sure their residents are taken care of. Sure there are a lot of people that live here and it takes time to get to everyone. But the Branbury dedicates it's time to every direct impact on their residents. From looks of the property, to servicing every need, and even putting out fun engaging activities that usually include a sweet treat. Students life here is amazingly easy.

If I could give Branbury 1,000 stars, I would! They're affordable, spacious, and the leasing staff is the best. Every time I see them around, they always acknowledge me and give off amazing energy. If your looking for student housing in UT, stop what your doing and tour Branbury. You'll fall in love!

These guys are amateurs at best and at worst are incompetent or simply don't care about anyone or anything other than bilking college students out of as much money as they're able. They would not work with us at all when the coronavirus hit. They're only response was to find someone else to assume the lease. There were two clauses in the contract, which legally may have allowed us an exit but they basically told us to take them to arbitration if we wanted to exercise them. Secondly, we finally did find someone to assume the contract but they never told us about all the various fees

They love to take your money and will squeeze every last penny they can out of you. They refused to verify important contract details until I asked for a mediation with BYU Off Campus Housing Office. Once I moved out because I got married they refused to prorate my rent even as they had a new resident move in on the same day I moved out. They kept my security deposit and then billed me for more. I didn't let them push me around and still got the short end of the deal. Paid for a yearly parking pass and they refused to prorate that either. Office staff is nice but unaware of policy. Headache

Would absolutely give zero stars if I could. Please read the horrible reviews before deciding to live here. You will be charged ridiculous amounts of money for very small things. The front desk staff is NO help and they will not answer the phone for you, even during their business hours. The maintenance guy almost never comes, but when he does it's two days later, he takes a look, says it's fine and leaves. I did not feel cared about as a resident, I was just there so they could charge me money. I really really regret living here. Roommates were bullies too.

I lived at the Branbury for about 8 months and I absolutely loved it! I moved here on a whim because a friend of mine was in need of another roommate. The move in process was simple and went over smoothly. I felt that everything was priced reasonably.
I met some great people when living here! They hold events every couple of weeks to encourage everyone to get out and meet each other. The central location of the Branbury was perfect because everything you need is just a mile or two away. The drive to UVU was a breeze.

There are so many bad reviews, but I've actually had a really great experience here! This is the cheapest housing I've ever been in, but it comes with so many amenities! I share a one bedroom apartment and it's only $350 a month including utilities! I'm a bit of an introvert so I don't use the club house very often, but it's really nice that it's there. I do love that the Provo river trail is right behind the apartments. I biked it all the way to the lake once and it was GORGEOUS.

This place is an absolute mess. When applying to live here they have you take a survey so they can place you with compatible roommates, asking questions like what time you wake up and go to sleep, if you're going to school, and how old you are.I moved in at 19 with one of my friends and we lived with a 27 year old school teacher who wasn't even attending college (student housing?) and went to bed at 8:00pm and would complain if I stayed up late and would move my things off of the communal table and sit them at my door.

Worst possible place to move in. Every little thing is a hassle. The managers and employees don't seem to do anything. The place is only open 10-5, those aren't even normal business hours... How are people supposed to take care of living arrangements while they work through those hours.. And they love charging you for anything they possibly can.

This place is a dump! The apartment looked like it was out of the 70's. Everything was falling apart. If you were one day late with rent ( automatic payment didn't go thru) you had a 3 day eviction notice on your door. The front office people didn't know anything, the back office people didn't want to talk to you. Pool was always broken, manicurist was never around, construction started at 6:30 am. You pay a full months rent for two weeks. PARKING was the worst! Good luck trying to find a place to park between 9:00pm-4:00am. Not going to miss this place!!
