Horrible Service. I just called to see if it as bad as all the reviews and based on my first impression it definitely is. I first asked about their availability and she answered saying there was one unit available for the time frame I was looking. I then went on to ask if she would mind addressing all the negative reviews. She acted like she didn't hear what I said. I then asked if they have made any changes based on all of the 1 star reviews and she said "No" and then hung up. Very unprofessional. It took a 2 minute phone call to realize that this place is awful. I would not waste your time with

Cherry hills is the worst apartment complex ever. Can't trust anything I've ever been told. The staff is the most inconsistent and unhelpful people I've ever dealt with. I don't need to list my laundry list of problems on a Google review. In fact I'm only posting this cause I seen the " owner " replys to these and gets in contact. The management and maintaince is so trash it blows my mind. Please " owner " help me out.

We paid the $80 for the application, and then they told us we were approved. We asked them how much everything would be all together to move in so we had a rough estimate for our move in date and they never contacted us again, won’t answer calls or texts. They wanted to charge us a $299 “holding fee” for an apartment that wasn’t available till March 5th, which was past the day we wanted to move in so why would we have to pay a holding fee when we wanted to move in already? Before completely ignoring us we asked what the holding fee was for and then it suddenly turned into an admin fee,

I am beyond upset with the crew that works here and tries to maintain the property, they are very rude and unprofessional. My daughter was outside playing with her friend nd she left her water bottle outside long enough to come in and eat. She went back out to get it and the lady had picked it up and threw it away, my daughter who is 8 was chasing her around saying hey that's my water bottle and she just ignored her like she wasnt even there. They pick up everything that is outside and just throw it away. Cant leave any bikes by your doors nope they have to be out to where we cant keep an eye on

This place I horrible the front desk doesn’t help and we paid for a parking stall and didn’t get one they kept on saying they’re getting our sign and we had to pay for WiFi even tho we didn’t use it. THEY ARE CONS AND THEY JUST FIND ANY WAY TO SUC EVERY CENT OUT OF YOUR WALLET. TERRIBLE CLEANING AND DOG HAIRS EVERYWHERE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND BREAKING MY LEASE WAS THE BEST THING IVE EVER DONE. IF YOU ARE RENTING YOU SHOULD BREAK YOUR LEASE, DONT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES.

Kevin is amazing! So helpful & kind! He got us into exactly what we wanted in only one day! & even gave us a great discount! You can tell he cares about his community, he knew almost everyone that walked into the office while we were there. Jacki is great too! Very friendly & helpful. New management is doing great things at Cherry Hill!

My family and I had a tough situation in our family and needed a new place asap. We applied for Cherry Hill, paid our fees, did everything they asked for the day they asked pretty much. I called on a Saturday and was told not to worry that we have the place but the boss up at corporate wont be in till monday to sign the approval. Come Monday I called and was told we were denied due to our general credit. Its fine to deny us, but to get our hopes up for days and tell us we have the place when they knew our situation? Then turn around and deny us? Unprofessional. Now that just adds to more reasons

Shadiest and rudest people I have ever come in contact with. THEY ARE JUST OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. The second you sign a lease just expect to continue to pay more and more money to them with no explanation. I am one who normally put very positive reviews on yelp. This isn't me just writing this out of anger. It is fact. They are the worst. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Place is a mess, no one cleans anything people threaten us for "looking at them" so many drugs and violence. They don't change the locks on the apartment doors ever. There was someone shot and killed on the 3rd floor in the tower 3 years ago. This is not a gooD place. I'm posting this so I can save people the energy of having to deal with this place . Also people let there dogs piss on the porch and spit and throw up off the balcony's constantly. Don't move here please this place needs to be shut down

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR LEASE.Woke up this morning to entire forth floor covered in fire extinguisher retardant. Dog feces on the floor and trash everywhere. This is a "secure" building with supposed cameras. 47 calls to the after hours number and 47 times the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. I hate this place and wish I could leave. If you don't hear this warning and all the others here you will have no one to blame but you. Just walk away.

WARNING !, do not rent these apartments !!!. They have gouged, & cheated people out of their money, & find ways to keep your deposits, & Bricked, is one of the coldest, ruthless, managers out there !!!. The rent is ridiculous for the quality of these apartments. Bad Management, Low Quality Apartments !!!. I'd rate these a Zero, but , u have to give a star, 1 is too generous !!!
