Here at Real Property Management we make it easy for tenants to pay rent, apply to rent a property, and even submit repair and maintenance requests - another reason owners and tenants love working with us! Real Property Management wants their tenants to have a smooth move in or out experience when entering or exiting their commercial or residential property.
Experienced realtors know that not every listing will sell. Real Property Management gives realtors a Plan B. We offer a $200 referral fee for each new property owner who signs up with us. Do not hire this property management company...they had our property in a prime location and did not rent it got 3 months, but still collected their fees. I had a few friends contact them to see their responsiveness time and all three of my friends did not get any calls back. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and one of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with..do..not..hire!!!

I am an investor with 10 single family homes in Cincinnati. We started property management services with RPM for two homes in early Sept 2019. Services with RPM were ended for both homes in early November 2019 with neither home being rented. While they might have an excuse or two for lack of performance, one of the homes was rented to a qualified tenant within 1 week of transfer from RPM to another management company.

I have used RPM as the management company for my property for the last 5 and a half years. I have had very few issues with their service as a whole and most issues I did encounter were resolved very quickly with just a quick email. They have worked with my schedule when I or another contractor I hire want to come into town and work on my house in between tenants. I also love that they keep me abreast of potential tenants when the house is on the market. Thanks, RPM, for the service you provide this out-of-state owner. Not sure why I paid a monthly maintenance fee when no one EVER came to do any maintenance.. My yard was never mowed, tree branches everywhere, piles of leaves up to my ankles, etc. Not to mention, last year when the upstairs neighbors moved out and RPM came to clean the unit upstairs, they gave the team the wrong keys and me and my husband woke up at 6 in the morning with a crew entering our property.. THANKFULLY our dog scared them off or it wouldn't have ended well.

This is by far the best property management company I've dealt with in my 10 years of investing. They've been handling my Ohio portfolio for the past 6 months. It's simple. I'm pretty sure all of these 5 star reviews are fake, not only because they are anonymous, but because there is no way RPM could get a 5 star review. They are AWFUL. Do not, I repeat, do not rent from them! They never answer the phone or call you back. They are very slow to respond to emails-- took weeks to months with multiple emails sent from me. They charge ridiculous fees like a book ledger fee and keep part of your security deposit as "admin fees." The house I rented was utterly filthy when I moved in and a bunch of light bulbs were were burnt out. Even the owners of the house were fed up
