It was my first time and I had a great experience from the treatment of the staff to the work that they made me very attentive and it feels very good vibes in the room I recommend them I am delighted and I love my results

Very clean, polite staff, easy to get appointments. Only thing I didn't like is you have to tip in cash which is ok but something to keep in mind for next time.

I have been to this salon several times before but this time I left unsatisfied. I went in for a trim as I always do and the woman that did my hair seemed as if she didn’t even have her license. The receptionist was guiding her while cutting my hair. I told her to trim what was needed and told her I just wanted my split ends gone. I don’t think that she ever cut hair before and no other stylist has ever cut my hair like that before. I left still seeing split ends, uneven pieces, and very disappointed. If going DO NOT book with Daniela. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was still in training

Great service and I always leave this place like a beautiful princess! 3 different people have cut my hair here, ALL did a great job.

To start I’ve been going to this salon for 5 years now. I usually am not picky on the stylist as I thought they were all pretty good. I usually go with a picture of what I want done. This time I asked for caramel bayalage to brighten my hair for summer. The stylist I had dyed my roots black and gave me gray/ silver highlights. I went back a week later not happy with my hair for $260 I paid to have it done. She fixed my hair but now it just looks the exact same as it did when I came there a week ago. I asked for a different stylist to do my hair but was told the same one had to redo it and the

I usually don’t write reviews but I am so happy with my new hair style I had to, vero the owner was awesome!!! They are very professional people, they’re on time, very informative about what to expect when dying your hair and very clean!! Everyone is so nice and take their time to do a awesome job!! My hair came out exactly how I expected it to and more!! A lil more pricey than my usual my worth it!! I will be going back soon :)

I always have a good experience coming here. They take extra steps to safeguard against COVID-19. Everything is sanitized and everyone wears a mask. Visits are also by appointment only and your temperature is also checked once you step through the door. Veronica always does a wonderful job with my hair. She knows how to make my hair come alive! I love my new color, it’s beautiful!!

The salon:
The location size has changed due to COVID-19. The size of the space has been dramatically reduced and now feels crowded and small. The salon is meticulously clean in regards to following COVID-19 guidelines with plastic temporary wall dividers, checking client temperatures, and offering hand sanitizer. There is a separate washing area and styling area.
The stylists:
I was styled by Amparo. I requested a wash, roller set, and soft blow-dry with no flat iron. If you have natural hair without relaxers, dyes, etc. This is not the place for you. The stylist seemed confused about my request

I have been coming to Veronica for over 18 yrs she is very professional, she is one of the best stylist I know she can cut very nice and she does the best Doobie and blow out. She is into hair care and knows her product's, since the coronavirus came Veronica has stepped up I feel comfortable safe and protected when I come she does temp. check upon entering and sanitizing your hands upom entering she cleans the chairs after every clients she really takes this virus seriously I will recommend all my family to this salon and Theresa does a wonderful job washing your hair.🤩🤩🤩

My daughter got a Brazilian hair treatment and was supposed to get the work done by Veronica but although Veronica initiated the work, 2 other ladies finished my daughter’s hair. A bit disappointed given the price I paid. On top of that they asked me to come at 6 pm to pay and they still 1 hour of work to finish her hair. I had to wait in my car until she was done. Her hair was nice, but I have to say a bit disappointed by the overall experience.
