Janice or Joanne I was told Janice on the phone but, was given a buisness card with Joanne on it. Anyways your supposed to get a cut and style included in price. I only got a miserable hair cut! I didn't get my hair styled which was supposed to be included. During the haircut I clenched my teeth together bc she was ripping my hair out with the comb SOOOO... I wasn't going to ask for my hair styled....worst experience in my life! I found this salon online and made an appointment. I walked in found 2 old ladies running the place. I should have walked out. I figured exoerience comes with age... not
