I am so glad that i found this place!!!! The staff are very professional, Ashley did my hair she did a fantastic job. She fix my hair color, highlight it and I love the way it came out. This will be my salon for now on.

Today was my first time ever going to a salon and I was extremely happy with the outcome. What stood out to me was before every step was taken in the hair cutting process, I was asked twice to make sure I was happy with what was being done with my hair. I definitely will be coming back in the future!

Did not honor price quote. I needed makeup done and I was quoted $60 for regular makeup over the phone. The day of the service, the MUA asked what event I'm attending and I tell her a wedding. After, the cashier asked for $85. I asked about the price discrepancy and she says "wedding makeup" costs more. Makeup brands used were e.l.f. and nyx. I brought my own lashes and glue and I was still charged $5 for application. I wish the salon honored the price they quoted over the phone, more price transparency needed.

I am very nervous before haircuts. I'm a curly girl (2b curls) who has had far more negative experiences than positive ones in the salon. Enter Salon ARTigiano.
I told my stylist that I was nervous ("I can tell," she said dryly), but I shouldn't have been. Alyssa knows what she's doing and I really appreciate her "less is more" approach to haircuts. For the first time in years, I was happy and confident leaving the salon.

I decided to leave my stylist who is an hour away and try a new stylist. I called for an appointment with someone who knows how to cut thick, straight hair and I was put in with Stacy. She sat me down first and assessed my hair and request, and she did a great job with my hair cut. The last time I tried a new stylist I ended up getting my cut fixed by another stylist, then ended up going to my old stylist. So I'm pretty happy that Stacy knew what she was doing!

Yesterday, what should have been a simple tone and cut turned out horrible. My hair was bleached, which it shouldn't have been. And the hair cut was horrible, absolutely no texture to it. Thankfully, Stacy just happened to have an opening today and she did an amazing job. She really understood exactly what I wanted and took the time to explain what she was going to do to fix it and so I can be happier. She is definitely now my new go to person. Alyssa at Salon ARTigiano is great! I decided to give this salon a try after moving to the area and not having luck at the first two salons I visited. They got me right in and I am very happy with the service, as well as how my hair came out. I have curly hair which can be challenge but Alyssa listened to what I wanted and delivered!

I had made a mess of my shoulder-length hair with home dye jobs and decided to get it all cut off, and have the color fixed. I'm so glad I chose Salon Artigiano! My talented and knowledgeable stylist Valerie gave me an awesome pixie cut, and did a fantastic job with the color. The salon itself is very nice; it's modern, spacious and clean, the staff are all pleasant and friendly, and the prices aren't bad. I definitely recommend this salon!

I have been to so many local salons and no one is as professional, informative and knowledgable when it comes to styling and haircuts as much as Salon Artigiano. They give you recommendations of styles and how to maintain it with specific products that they even carry. It is my one stop shop for anything that has to do with hair! They will assuredly take care of you!

I used to live in CT and had a dedicated hair salon I used there for most of my life. We recently moved near here and I was looking for a new salon. I don't trust many people with my hair because I have had bad hair cuts in the past from various salons. The reviews on Yelp made me believe I could trust this salon with my hair. I needed to try a new salon for highlights out of the city. I was very loyal to my colorist because he saved my damaged hair. I went onto yelp and found this great salon. I was ecstatic when I called Salon Artigiano the other day and they were able to squeeze me in last minute for a color and cut! I'm not a good planner so when I can get accommodated like that, it's always appreciated. Alyssa is a brilliant stylist and every time I walk out of their salon I stand a little taller--because I feel and look great. Since moving into the area over two years ago I've been to more than a handful of salons. Trying to get from a salon dyed yellow blonde to a more platinum white blonde like the Mother of Dragons lol It just wasn't happening anywhere I went. Finally I felt like I needed olaplex to treat my hair after all the chemicals so I went to the website and found this salon. Yesterday I was paired with Valerie and I'm awfully glad I was. I've been coming to Salon Artigiano ever since I moved to Hamilton a couple of years ago. In the past, I've jumped from salon to salon, but this is the first place that I've kept coming back to because of the stylist Alyssa. She has me looking like a superstar every time I leave! The cut and color are both always on point. And it looks great when it grows out too. I always get SOO many compliments!
I definitely recommend Alyssa, especially if you want/have short/pixie hair or want great color. Or if you just want something fun and different! She is a talented, creative artist.

I have been a client of the salon for a few years. I never had a reason to be dissatisfied. However, my most recent experience with Heather cutting my hair was completely unsatisfactory.
Before starting, I discussed what I wanted and showed her a picture of the style to confirm. It was basically the same style that I already had, just a little bit shorter.
When she was finished I was shocked to see how much hair she cut off. It looks like a boys very short haircut. She had to use a lot of paste to keep sections of my hair from sticking up and kept saying how great it looked. I'm

The Salon itself wasn't the reason for two stars, it was my hair stylist that made my experience the worst and most painful visit I ever had.
Heather really worked my head so rough, after two days it's still sore from her nails and the brush she was digging into my scalp. From the beginning her face showed so much dissatisfaction I immediately felt uncomfortable so I didn't talk much. I agreed to everything she told me so she would hurry up and finish, even when she asked if i was okay i just nodded because i wanted it to pass quickly without any more issues. The last couple of

Their services are mainly hair as I did not see any indication on nails or other beauty services.
I've been coming here for just over a year for haircuts and color. And what keeps me coming back is Justine! She is quick and efficient with the scissors and great with color. I also brought my SD here for a haircut (she (the SD) has issues with saying what she wants) and Justine worked her magic and SD was thrilled with the results.
Also the shop is good about contacting you if there is a problem with scheduling. I had an appointment that had been rescheduled 3 times due to weather conditions
