Terrible experience dropped a ring off to simply get it shorter then a week later I was told they "just started" it and itll take three days I came back to get my ring and was told it was started and they can't return it now I return another week later and am told another three days I will not be surprised if the jewler is petty enough to steal a few minuscule diamonds a terrible experience and a great lesson

Spent alot of months wasting my time at big chain diamond stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. The experience was great. I found the ring I wanted and the ownerz told me to go home and sleep on it because it was a big purchase and didn't want me to second guess the purchase. 3 weeks later we made the deal on the perfect ring. Highly recommend this amazing and affordable diamond store.

Really excellent service. I brought in a few simple pieces of jewelry to sell, and the staff took time to talk me through the worth of each of the pieces. My mother had recently passed away, and the staff responded with sincere empathy. After I sold some of the jewelry to them, I left feeling satisfied with a fair deal. As the jeweler and I talked after the transaction, I could tell that the story behind the jewelry mattered to him. To me, jewelry is not just about the financial worth of the piece, but about the emotional value too. I highly recommend this local shop.
