As we set out to find the right jeweler for our engagement ring, it was Karin's personalized & thoughtful service that won us over. Karin was willing to meet with us on a Saturday and focused upon meeting our needs rather than trying to "sell" us something.
As we worked through the process, Karin's knowledge & attention to detail were highly beneficial as she educated us & helped us avoid any potential pitfalls. Once the ring was ordered, Karin & Emily were very easy to communicate with RE: order status and pickup. Would highly recommend to anyone for their jewelry needs. We'll be back!

I have been a loyal customer of Kloiber Jewelers since 1975. At that time, I was referred there by Jerry Cohen, the owner (and my then boss) of Major Goolsby’s. I was so impressed with Clyde and Karen that I continue to shop there today. While the location has changed, nothing else has!! I was very specific in what I was looking for as far as my stone. My fiancé and I went to 6 jewelers in the Milwaukee area before finding Kloiber Jewelers. Just as the others, I gave Karin my laundry list of requests and she was the only jeweler who truly listened and checked off every single thing while keeping it in budget! I received an email flyer via email from your establishment and noticed the specials that were offered for Valentine's Day. I was looking for a gift for my mom and found the perfect pearl/diamond necklace at a great price that was beautifully wrapped by the owner. Great service with a smile. It also included a free Valentine's box of candy. I also found for myself, a beautiful diamond cross heart necklace as well, that was priced just right.
