Thermal Imaging is extremely beneficial in a home inspection. Our State of the Art, FLIR infrared camera can spot anomalies that the naked eye cannot see. The purpose of an infrared scan is to find issues and catch them before they become BIG problems. Many people believe that if they buy a new construction home, that they can skip a 3rd party inspection by a licensed home inspector. While it may be true that the builder does great work, has a great reputation, and conducts his or her own inspections during the construction process; it would be a disservice to oneself if they were to skip a 3rd party inspection upon putting in an offer on a home.

The quality of my home inspection was exceptional! Boyce was extremely thorough, professional, and kind. The pictures taken were excellent and the issues were clearly visible in each. Boyce additionally provided diagrams to describe the industry standard and correct installation guidelines for some of the issues at hand. This made it clear what needed to be done. The report was made available to me within hours of the inspection. The contractors who reviewed the report were as impressed as I was at the quality and thoroughness.
