Eric (Accurate Inspections) is truly amazing. He spent three hours with my wife and I and our realtor, going through the home, thoroughly inspecting every inch and letting me follow along so I could see what he saw. He helpfully explained to us what work may need to go into the house and when, so that we know what we are getting ourselves into. No question was a dumb question, and he let us ask all of them, kindly and honestly answering each of them. I was reffered to Eric from a coworker that used him for their home purchase and I have to say I am truly happy with my decision. My wife and I were first time home buyers, so getting a good home inspector was key to us.
